Several Panthers Earn SAA All-Conference Awards

As the basketball season comes to an end, the end of the year awards begin to come in for the Panthers!  senior forward Zac Richards and sophomore guard Larry Thomas were named  SAA 1st Team All-Conference (BSC was the only team with two on the 1st Team) as well as SAA All-Tournament Team! Senior guard Blaise White was named Defensive Player of the Year as well as Honorable Mention All-SAA along with senior guard Kevin Kegerise. To see the entire SAA Post Season Release, click HERE!

SAA Tournament Action

The Panthers were able to take down Hendrix last night 71-59 in the final quarterfinal game of the SAATournament. Tonight, BSC will take on Millsaps at 8 PM EST. Here is the page to follow the rest of the action for the weekend!

Larry Thomas Named SAA Player of the Week!!

Congratulations to sophomore guard Larry Thomas being named the SAA Player of the Week for the final week of the regular season! This is his third time to receive this honor this year!To read more about click HERE!

SAA Conference Tournament Information

After a strong 2-0 road weekend to wrap up the season, the Panthers are getting ready for the SAA Conference Tournament coming up this weekend which will be held in Danville, Ky this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The Panthers are scheduled to tip off at 8 PM vs Hendrix! We will continue to keep you guys updated throughout the week. Senior Night at Bill Battle at 7 PM vs Covenant!

Tonight is our final home game of the season, as we take on Covenant
College at 7 PM CST. Because it is our final home game, we are recognizing our 3 seniors, Blaise White, Kevin Kegerise, and Zac Richards. Since their arrival to the Hilltop, the Panthers have an 81% winning percentage while only losing 2 games at home in their entire careers! Come out and help us make this night memorable for this special group of guys!

Zac Richards Named CoSIDA Academic All-District

We wanted to congratulate Sr F Zac Richards for being named to the 2012-13 CoSIDA Men's Basketball Division III All-District Team. Zac has a 3.71 in Mathematics/Pre-Engineering! This is the the second time that Zac has been named to this prestigious team and it is from this list that the Division III Academic All-Americans are chosen in the upcoming weeks!
